When traveling on an airplane, you may be seated by a person with pleasant personality or one who is not so cheerful. Since a lot of this is out of your control, enter into the airplane with an open mind, be open and receptive to whomever you meet, be pleasant and always speak even if they don’t speak back to you. Allow the other person to take the lead as to whether or not they want to talk to you while in flight. Always take along books or games to entertain yourself and if you would like to read while in the air and not hold a conversation, it’s ok for address the other party nicely and return to whatever you want to do while flying to your destination.
