It makes me very angry when people loose their life for senseless reasons. Just the other day, the news reported that four ladies killed a young man because he broke someone’s cigarette. They are accused of robbing the young man and killing him gang style and as they ran away from the scene of the crime they were abducted by the police with the murder weapon. There may be more to the story however nothing will bring the young man back. He leaves behind a pregnant girlfriend and his child will never be privy of knowing the father. What will his mother tell their child, that he did for a senseless crime. What a shame! My prayers go out to this man’s family.

The other day when I read in the news paper that a fourteen year old boy passed himself off as a Chicago Police for several hours before getting his cover busted, I couldn’t believe it. He signed in, rode and partnered with another officer for about five hours. They went on a few calls even a domestic violence call. The city of
Chicago was very lucky that the officer and the fourteen year old boy didn’t get in a shoot out or other calamity in which some one could’ve been seriously injured or even killed.

It’s hard for me to understand why it took so long to blow the young man’s cover? The boy was fourteen years old; couldn’t the trained officers see that he was a child through the way he looked, acted as well as his conversation? This tells me that the Chicago Police Department needs to do more trainings with their officers to show them how to determine if another person is not a police as a result of a fourteen year old who successfully lived his dream of  being a policeman for a day. Thank God that nothing dramatic happened while
Chicago was under his watch.

We are all very concerned with our cash during this economic period. We should be because our President and President Elect just came on national tv to tell us that times re bad and may be getting worse.

I don’t get all bent out off shape about htis. I just keep telling myself that hte economy is on itsway up and keep doing what I need to do to keep my family and me afloat. All ofthis hype about the exonomy doesn’t help the situaiton at all. I jsut want those in power to do what they need to ddoto get us in good economical place.

As far as I’m concerned this gives “too much infomraiton!” I just want to know what are they dont about hte istuaiton and I will, in turn, keep doing what I need to do by paying down debt, staying focused on my goals and taking care of my financial business.

I have a real problem understanding how a father could kill the family that he loved. The California man who killed his wife and children and then turned the gun on himself most have had some mental issues to break so severely under the pressure of he and his wife loosing their jobs. Loosing a job is scary but not serious enough to give up and kill your family and yourself. As I see it when a couple loose their jobs it time to work together, buckle down and make a way for the family to survive not a time to commit murder/suicide. Weren’t their signs that this guy was capable of such and act? Where were the friends and other family members? This person appears to be another child that fell between the cracks. I am willing to bet that he showed some weird behavior as a child which was probably ignored by his parents, teachers, friends and other people in his life. Had these signs not been ignored then he may have been cured and his family and him would still be amongst the living. 

When you think there is a problem with your child or a child that you know please do them a favor and get them some help. Then you want end up seeing them on the news for committing such a gruesome act. 

I am saddened today because I heard that a father and mother both lost their jobs and the man killed his wife, one eight year old daughter and two set of twin boys’ ages five and two. He then called the police to tell them that he had killed his family and then killed himself.  When the police arrived they described this mass murder as one of the most gruesome discoveries that that had ever made. 

This is so sad, I think about the fact that the father took the lives of himself and his family because he and his wife had lost their jobs and he felt that they had no way to turn. There is always a way to turn and that place is within yourself and once you turn within you’ll find answers from seen and unseen places as to what you and your family can do to get financially fit. Know that what’s going on in your lives is only an appearance and things will get better so believe this fact and work to make it so.  

Murder/ suicide are never ways to solve financial are any woes. The way for couples to solve financial challenges is to be confident that things will get better and work together to make this a truth. Do not take the lives of innocent children; give them a chance to live their life. 

Our president elect, Barack Obama, has asked one thing of the American people that will help the economy and his request is they we sacrifice. Well if other Americans feel the way that I feel they will comply with the request of our soon to be our new president. We supported him during the election process so we will continue our support of him. We all know that the economy is challenged and will be glad to do our part in order to save our country from a depression. That means we will sacrifice in the name of Barack Obama. What will you do?
